Accountabilities/主要职责
Scan contracts and converted into PDF files on time
To save the scan contracts under T:\Finance\contract and make a backup
Update contract’s softcopy when the other side signed
Send the weekly report to manger every Monday morning
Send the contract’s softcopy link to colleague when they need
Fill the contract summary form on time
Reply the tracking e-mail
Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good communication skills
- Can afford at least 3 working days per week and 6 month for internship
