Job Scope:
1. Contract registration and filing
2. Chop affixation
3. Routine forms update (e.g. Cost Center Owner List, Contract Summary Form)
Requirements:
1. Fluently oral and written English
2. Be skilled in Microsoft office
3. Accounting background preferred
Attention: Any candidates who can work every afternoon are also qualified if they can’t work 4~5 full days a week.
