1. Providing assistant and secretarial support to SQM, mainly support the
dai-ly work of SQM colleagues; 2. Meeting room support; 3. Hotel reservation &Transportation arrangement for foreign colleagues; 4. To support team members for claim check and registration, collect the monthly claims record to controlling, and delivery the claims to Finance; 5. To prepare business cards for team members; 6. To contact the vendor to prepare personal information for visa application; 7. To ask for quotation of international & domestic flight tickets; 8. Package & documents delivery and receipt to or from suppliers, China post & FedEx tracking 9. To make preparation for SQM's events, such as workshop; coordinate and communicate with SQM internal activities; 10. To purchase office supplies & snacks for office use; 11. Daily department 5S supporting 12. New on-board employees' basic orientation; 13. APQP follow up : reminder supplier 14. Support for Monthly Reporting, 15. Team Presentation support 16. Support SQM Cat in PAB preparation 17. Support quality data static 18. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
