Intern – Team Assistant

Job Description
General administrative assistance to eBay OCIO Global Infrastructure Team in Shanghai;
Assist with specific projects if needed;
Support Senior manager for ad-hoc administrative tasks;
Place and manage purchase orders in SAP systems;
Maintain team on-call schedule;

Job Requirements
Highly organized, meticulous and dependable with ability to multi-task;
Good written communication skill;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Location: German Center, No. 88, Keyuan Rd, Pudong District.
Salary: 175-185RMB/Day
