Responsibilities
Responsible for the off boarding process, in relation to co-work with Payroll, Finance and FESCO;
Support onboarding process as needed;
Calculate leave balance and record the sick leave slip;
Employee benefit implementation, e.g. birthday coupon distribution;
Daily job assistance to HR team;
Other works as assigned.
Requirements
Hold or will hold a bachelor degree preferably with major in Administration / Human Resource/ Languages;
High proficiency in Microsoft applications and good command of spoken and written English, TEM 8 preferred;
Quick learner Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and with a high standard of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility;
Work over 4 days a week would be a plus.
