Purpose:   
Release the workload for customization team during Customization Scalability project and Russia ecom project stage
Support Customization team for daily job and report

Key Responsibilities:
Run daily order list for mi adidas and Your Reebok
Run pending orders and keep track of delay order status for mi adidas and Your Reebok
Monitor shipment completion for mi adidas and Your Reebok
Prepare monthly report for mi & YR, including volume report, KPI report, material report etc.
Report the system problems to IT team and work with them for resolution 
Modify wrong shipping address to ensure smooth shipment process
Consolidate system issue list by month

Key Relationships:  
Sourcing Customization Team
T1 Suppliers
Sourcing internal Interfaces (e.g. inline Development teams, Planning, Costing etc)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
IT-skills (e-mail, MS Office, especially advance Excel skill)
Strong data analyze skill
Logical mindset
Fast learner

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University or College degree
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Major in Finance/Statistic/Supply Chain is preferred
