Job description
• Be responsible to take care of specific small & medium size clients' daily business inquiries including quotation, service requirement, shipment follow-up, issue solving
• Work as backup for Sales to response services requirements to clients. Support sales to maintain the clients’ relationship, to understand clients' practice and needs. Support sales on A/R payment collection. Engage client retention and client penetration.
• Centralize and collect data from Sales, be required to produce reports and presentation on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve per sales management request.
• Support Sales team by performing related administrative duties, under general direction, as required by management. Meet basic analysis and reporting requirements with the objective to ensure the achievement of the team targets
Basic qualifications
• Major in English, Marketing, and Business Administration is preferred
• Good command of English, at least CET-4
• Computer skills, Using MS office applications, Learning Agility
• Effective communication skills and team-player
• Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
