Key Responsibilities,
1. Handle HC related work to ensure a crystal picture to the HC status of the business, including HC report, recruitment report and Org-Chart, seats management.
2. Help on the implementation of routine HR projects, including training & development, rewards, employee relationship etc.
3. Any other ad hoc job assigned by line manager.
Qualifications,
1. MBA student, with HR working experience or major is a plus.
2. Detail oriented.
3. Good at analysis.
4. Good at MS Office tools.
5. Can work 3-4 days one week.
