Brief Description:
1) New student interview video recording and uploading;
2) Follow up default list to prevent complaint;
3) Tracking and follow up case in Sales force;
4) Make phone calls to compliant student within 48 hours after case creation;
5) Do satisfaction survey call after case resolved;
6) Data input and analyze.
Requirements:
1) Good communication skills and ability for solving problems.
2) High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus
3) College diploma or above
4) Good command of spoken and written English
5) Previous call center assistant experience
6) Willingness to work a flexible schedule
