CGP Group is the fastest growing global recruitment company, expanding quickly

in China. We are a recruitment solutions firm with a global reach through
offices in China and the US along with network offices in the Asia Pacific
region. These services include traditional C-level to mid-level executive
search, contracting, recruitment process outsourcing, market entry/ outbound
investment consultancy and organizational design solutions through their
industry specialized Partners and Consultants. Most of our clients including
FMCG, Luxury and Retail related industries. With our expansion in South China,
an Intern at Guangzhou office is needed.

Responsibilities: 
- Assist consultants to analyze JD and search suitable candidates; 
- Support consultants to conduct the market research per different functions; 
- Conduct cold-calls and communicate with candidates via phone or face to face; 
- Sourcing candidate from various channels like Database. Conduct the telephone
screening and make comments
- Attend interviews with his/her consultant on necessity; 
- Profile candidates' reports; 
- Arrange interviews and follow up with interview details. 

Requirements: 
- Bachelor degree；Master degree，overseas diploma，MBA degree is preferred. 
- Good English communication, both verbal and written; 
- Good interpersonal communication skill, good paper work and easy to cooperate. 
- Target oriental; 
- Good service sense, positive and diligent, able to work under pressure; 
- Teamwork spirit, ambitious, Inquisitive, passionate about people.

职责内容：
- 协助顾问对职位说明进行分析以及搜寻合适的候选人；
- 协助顾问对不同的职能进行市场信息收集以及研究；
- 通过不同的渠道寻找候选人，进行电话或面对面和候选人交流，并为合作客户判别合适的候选人；
- 编辑候选人汇报；
- 安排候选人和客户的面试并跟进面试的流程和细则；

岗位要求：
- 大三本科以上学历，形象良好；
- 英文听说读写流利；
- 良好的沟通技巧，善于与人合作；
- 以目标为导向；
- 良好的服务意识，积极的态度并能承受一定压力；
- 良好的团队合作意识，充满热情，性格外向；
