Job Description
l Consistently bring in high quality candidates through head-hunting activities
l Build an extensive referral network
l Develop long-term and trusted relationships with clients by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and resourcing requirements
l Generate new business opportunities and new contacts during the daily business
l Provide a professional and solutions-based consultancy service to clients
l Deal with clients and candidates independently
l Meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, client and candidate activity and advertisement sales
l Select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management
l Generate consistent revenue
l Develop expertise in your designated industry and identify new business opportunities for InMind Group
l Uphold and demonstrate InMind Group values and adheres to internal policies
l Have demonstrated knowledge of standard Profile procedures
Job Requirement
l Oversea education background experience is preferred, preferably in a sales environment proven track record in generating consistent sales revenue, account/relationship management, as well as business development
l Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
l Demonstrates high level of integrity, despite facing challenges
l Demonstrates leadership and motivation
l Approachable and accessible, entrepreneurial, energetic, resilient and dynamic team player
l Sales-driven and ambitious with a passion for recruitment industry
l Previous recruitment experience is a plus
l Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
