Internship opportunity in Asia Pacific Legal Department of Ingersoll Rand

Primary Accountabilities:

Being an intern in Asia Pacific Legal Department of Ingersoll Rand, you will be assigned the following challenging and fruitful tasks under the guidance of experienced counsels from various jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region with a main focus in Mainland China:

• Legal research and summary;

• Translation of legal documents;

• Drafting simple legal documents;

• Other supporting tasks assigned by the counsels.

 

Your above tasks will cover a wide range of legal areas including corporate law, contract law, employment and labor law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, etc. You will also have opportunities to experience how counsels applying law in a practical way to solve day-to-day legal matters in a business environment.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Top student from an accredited law school;

• Having good communication skills and demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable;

• Passing the bar exam of a jurisdiction is preferred;

• Being fluent in both spoken and written English is preferred;

• Having past internship in a foreign and/or top-tier law firm or regional/local headquarter of a multinational company is preferred; and

• Having the availability of coming to work for at least 4 days a week is preferred.

以上的任务几乎覆盖了包括公司法、合同法、劳动法、知识产权法以及争端解决等方面的多个法律领域，您也将有机会学习到公司的法律顾问在实践中是如何通过运用法律解决在商业环境中遇到的常见法律事物。




 




任职资格：




• 来自知名法律院校的优秀学生；

• 具备良好的沟通能力以及积极主动、值得信赖以及适应性强的能力；

• 流利的英语口语与书面表达能力优先；

• 通过国家司法考试的学生优先；

• 有曾在外所或知名律所或是在外企总部实习经历的学生优先；

• 一周能出勤4天及以上的学生优先。
