Job Description

NPI

• Create, Communicate, and monitor NPI timeline

• Implement Stocking Strategy WW/Regional

• Complete global attributes

• Gather data & complete Support BOM setup

• Collate AFR data

• Request FRU numbers when not pre-assigned

• Validate and implement initial Regional Field Critical Stocking Plan

• Manages NPI implementation with global and regional planning and buying

• Monitor & escalate FCS readiness

• Assures external repair implementation plan established - technical coordination

• Report LOA at FCS and week for the first 90 days

• Communicate project completion

Sustaining

• Coordinate Engineering change and make sure System is timely reflected with the minimum impact on operation 

• Customer/Field Spare Parts Escalation investigation.

• Support field quality issues

• Support regional allocation of global stock

EOL

•  Manage part obsolete process and Proactive search for potential EOSL candidates and communicate to partners      

• Material Cost Avoidance Reporting

• Implement EOL analysis by maintaining EOL Log, Gathering Baseline data, Gathering and summarizing Regional Fcst, leading EOL strategy discussion and implementing in the three regions

• Implement EOSL analysis by Identify/communicating unique spare parts list and compiling WW material availability data to evaluate EOSL extension request

• Compile WW material availability data to evaluate an EOSL extension 

       Support Master data governance throughout the lifecycle in global level 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Education in Material technology, engineering or project management is preferred.

• 2 years’ or above experience in supply chain area in IT industry is preferred.(Graduate student with related internship is also welcome)

• Proven ability to lead, direct and motivate the other professionals toward organizational goals & objectives.

• Capable of data analysis using excel, access etc.

• Self-starter and independent thinker.

• Capable of managing in a matrix environment.

• Must have strong people skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Innovative thinker with analytical/problem solving skills

• Understanding of operations management concepts.
