Responsibilities: 

• Support the existing and new training projects including Assessment and Development Centres for Management, Engagement and Retention Projects, Recruitment management platform, Porsche leadership program, and other support to Porsche centers etc.

• Monitor and facilitate the internal processes including payment processes, service contract renewal, etc.

• Assisting daily administration and ad-hoc training events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree, majored in Automotive/Engineering/ Business/Finance related is preferred

• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn

• Good organization and coordination skills

• Familiar with MS Office,  good skills in data analysis

• Be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks and projects

• Fluent in both oral and written English

• Master student will be highly preferred

• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
