Main Accountabilities:
· Implement recruitment system, maintain hiring database and make recruitment reports
· Post Job Advertisement – Internal and External
· Prepare offer letter and other on boarding documents
· Support on Intern hiring and management
· Conduct candidate sourcing, CV screening and 1st round interview per assigned case
· Liaise with hiring managers on interview arrangement and feedback collecting
· Conduct relevant contract payments
· Assist in other areas as and when delegated
Requirements:
· B.S./B.A. Degree in HR Management or related degree
· 0-1 year experience in recruiting or HR experiences
· Good command of English and MS office
· High level of commitment with proactive attitude
· Results-oriented with proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
