Requirements:

• Coordinate After Sales Marketing stock in the warehouse and execution of dealer orders; Initiating necessary orders with suppliers and checking payments.

• Collect reports on executed local campaigns.

• Consolidate dealer submitted data and generate reports accordingly.

• Follow up on daily basis with dealers related to on-going After Sales projects.

• Draft and distribute After Sales Marketing relevant communication briefings to the dealer network.

• Other tasks and projects appropriate to the After Sales business.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor degree or above, knowledge in automobile industry or after sales field is a plus

• Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn

• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

• Internship experience in Automobile industry is a plus

• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months

Working Hour:  9AM-6PM
