1. Business structure linkage (Part of process or organization)

The Intern is located in Beijing of ARC Department within the Quality & Customer Satisfaction China Operations.

2. Purpose

Support to handle the homologation paper work like data uploading, payment claim, certificates record.

3. Main Tasks

• Monitoring homologation project and special project payment progress.

• Support to organize application docs for special projects.

• Submit certification parameters.

4. Responsibility

• Monitoring homologation project and special project payment progress.

• Support to organize application docs for special projects.

• Submit certification parameters.

5. Authority

• Demonstrate open and positive attitude to work with others, and takes active actions to communicate, build relationship and share information/ideas with others to create organization synergy;

• Be able to control timing, cost and track status to achieve desired outcomes;

6. Competence Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in automotive engineering, or related field with excellent Office software skill.

• Excellent in English and Mandarin, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
