Responsibility:
- Involve and support employee engagement agenda, including employee development centre and talent review and management projects etc. with senior HR business partner in BP Lubricants business
- Support programs in BP Petrochemical business around organization re-design, internal communication and employee engagement
- Involve and support internal HR system and policy establishment and optimization in retail join venture business
- Provide support to campus resourcing team on university recruitment projects. Conduct attraction and selection related activities while help reinforce top employer brand image of BP for graduates in the market.

Criteria:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Excellent in English
- Highly enthusiastic for challenge and problem solving; Practical with strong resilience
- Ability to learn and willing to seek for continuous improvement
- A good team player and excellent communication ability and skills
