The Intern will assist in Manager, Digital Marketing in daily work, including but not limited to content asset management, social community management, and digital marketing campaigns support. This position will report to Manager, Digital Marketing and will be based in Shanghai.

实习生将协助数字营销经理的日常工作，包括并不局限于：社交媒体管理，数字内容管理，数字营销推广活动的执行等。这个职位向数字营销经理汇报，工作地点在上海。

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns协助执行数字营销推广活动

• Support content asset management协助内容管理

• Support social community management协助社交媒体管理

• Support administrative tasks assigned in Digital Marketing team协助数字营销团队日常工作

• Additional support in other projects and activities within Marketing Communications team 根据实际情况，协助营销传播团队内部其他项目和活动

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 本科及以上学历或者同等学历。

• Previous experience in digital marketing and project management preferred. 优先考虑有数字营销、项目管理经验者优先。

• Strong Integrity and Ethics with high degree of confidentiality. 极强的诚信与职业道德。

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 关注细节，良好的组织内部沟通能力和人际关系处理能力。

• Great team player. 极强的团队合作能力。

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 有能力同时处理并完成多项任务，能够在快节奏的工作环境里独立工作。

• Ability to think in a holistic consumer centric manner, leveraging key insights from stakeholders across the organization and external agency partners. 能够站在消费者的角度全面思考问题，善于整合来自公司内外部关键合作伙伴的意见和建议。

• Good Presentation skills and thorough use of PPT. 良好的表达能力，并能熟练使用PPT。

• Excellent written and oral English and Chinese skills. 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力。

• Able to work full time for at least 6 months. 能够全职工作至少6个月。
