职位描述

主要职责Key Responsibilities

  • 协助上海迪士尼度假区销售服务部完成内部协作沟通/销售问题解决/日常办公支持等相关工作。

(1)协助销售服务部与客户经理/客户/及其他业务部门沟通协作,保证合同签约/团队订单处理/销售系统建立等工作的顺利完成;

(2)及时回复客户的提问或求助邮件,协助解决销售过程中出现的特殊问题,以及由特殊原因造成的退款问题处理;

(3)帮助团队准备和管理相关合同/团队订单/客户问题汇总等其他相关文件;

(4)安排会议并准备相关的文件资料。

  • To support sales service team of Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) to accomplish internal coordination, sales trouble shooting and daily office administration work accordingly;

(1) To assist sales service team to sign contract/fill in TSO(Ticket Sales Order)/set up accounts in CLOTA system, coordinate with our partners, account managers and other lines of business for various projects as well as daily work in the office;

(2) To assist sales service team to trouble shooting, to help solve the special issues and related refund problem, as well as reply to our partners’ E-mail in time;

(3) To assist sales service team to management and archiving the Contract/TSO (Ticket Sales Order)/Issues and Action Log;

(4) To assist to arrange various meetings and prepare various kinds of related documentations & relevant materials.

 

资格要求Required Qualifications

  • 良好的沟通能力和执行力

  • 拥有积极的态度,勤奋高效

  • 以目标和细节为导向,细心耐心

  • 良好的英语读写说能力

  • 熟练使用office办公软件

  • 在校大学生,保证一周三~五天

     

  • Good ability of communication and executive power

  • Diligent and efficient with positive attitude

  • Target and detail-oriented with good patience

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Proficiency in Word, Power Points, Excel and Outlook

  • College students, undergraduate or higher, 3-5 Days per week (weekdays)
