Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position

Supports Sales Training Team AND Distribution Marketing Team by coordinating the logistics of various programs, maintaining data / record and creating / reviewing results.  You will apply program coordination skills, written and verbal communication skills, data processing, and a strong attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ø  Sales Training:

o   Administer training programs including sourcing appropriate resources, scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, managing inventory of training supplies, and maintaining training record

o   Compile training metrics and distribute results

o   Support the Sales Training team by completing various projects and tasks as needed

o   Support the planning, execution of various of Distribution Marketing projects

Ø  Distribution Marketing:

o   Assist with sourcing creative assets, material distribution and providing translation (English to Chinese, Chinese to English)

o   Develop the templates and forms required for process of projects

o   Assist on the process working with sales and trade, tasks like collecting information feedback from sales team

o   Provide event supports including logistics, communication and merchandise orders

o   Facilitate to tweak and the refinement of the decks and presentation required by events

o   Proof reading of the marketing material

Desired Skills and Experiences

Ø  Pursuing a BS in human resources, business administration, marketing, computer science or related fields

Ø  Demonstrated interest or experience in data processing and analysis

Ø  Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ø  Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary

Ø  Proficiency in written and verbal English

Ø  Available to work at least 4 days per week (ideally 5 days)
