工资：本科/14H；硕士/18-20H+饭贴

工作时间：一周4天，6个月

要求：专业不限；本科及以上学历

JD:

For General Manager,

1.       Support GM to maintain all digital facilities, once new system launches, do Irregular update

2.       E-travel application

3.       Make visit agenda, once booking, then have a f2f report

4.       Visa check

5.       following reimbursement in the system, communicate with higher line mgr for approval

6.       Reports

7.   Activity arrangement

For Group

1.   Support senior mgr to do biz reimbursement in the system

2.   Monthly or bi-monthly sharing meeting setup

2 projects

1.       NPI documentation (MS deck, PR report, PPAP, SBP) in IBM community.

2.       Translation of GMR (General Manufacturing Requirement).
