Objectives of the Position职位目标：

Manage transport operation for both inbound and outbound with different modes of transportation. Evaluate & management the performance of 3rd party service providers.

Main Task主要工作内容：

1.Manage  transport operation for both inbound and outbound with different modes of transportation. 以不同的运输方式管理入境和出境的运输业务。

2.Complete TM operation of ED + EV productions delivery to domestics customer by all shipping model; -通过所有运输模式，将ED + EV产品的完整TM操作交付给国内客户;
3. ED + EV Non-TM orders follow up  ED + EV非TM订单跟进

4.Be Door-to Door accountable for outbound transport operations, working with the CSO and 3rd party service providers to mitigate the risk of shipment/delivery delays.

对门外进行交通运输的对门户负责，与CSO和第三方服务提供商合作，减轻出货/运输延误的风险。

5.Monitor and make the necessary decisions to ensure timely delivery, in full, complete documentation and no complaints.监控并作出必要的决定，以确保及时交货完整，

6. Evaluate & monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers, handle non-conformance service issues;  评估和监控第三方服务提供商的业绩，处理不合规服务问题;

 7.participate and support 3rd party service provider selection. 参与并支持第三方服务提供商的选择。
8.Ensure 3rd party service providers adherence to corporate objectives in the following areas: Transportation & Distribution Safety, Responsible Care, Compliance. 确保第三方服务提供商在以下领域遵守公司目标：运输和分销安全，责任关怀，合规。

9. Daily  LSP management including TDS  每日LSP管理，包括TDS

10.Obtain timely and accurate shipment/ delivery statuses  获得及时，准确的出货/送货状态

Optimize transportation processes based on market surveys and business feedback to meet customer and  company requirements 根据市场调查和业务反馈优化运输流程，以满足客户和公司的要求

Bulk delivery optimization    批量交货优化                        

Transportation model optimization运输模型优化
 ISO-tank utilization rate optimization .ISO-tank利用率优化          

Sample delivery optimization.样品递送优化

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position 职位所需的最低学历和资格

1.Education: College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline. 国际贸易，物流，供应链或相关学科以上学历

2.Working experience in  chemical industry preferred化工行业工作经验者最好

3.Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good capability in written and verbal English and Mandarin;  Skillful in software of excel, word and PowerPoint; Experience in SAP operation preferred 良好的书面和口头英语和普通话能力; 熟练使用excel，word和PowerPoint软件; SAP操作经验者优先

薪资：全月5000元一月，包中饭，有班车
