Responsibilities:
1. Implement all the training programs through coordinating internal participants and external vendors
2. Provide logistic supports for all the training programs (including confirm the participants name list, book the hotel, print material and on-site support etc.)
3. Archive training documents, analyses training evaluation and make report
4. Support and follow the communications and logistics related to the projects
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager, such as help organize meetings, Assist in preparing presentations and reports, make expense claim etc.
6. Provide the admin work for the sales training team
Requirements:
1. Have good communication skill.
2. High capability in organization and coordination.
3. Proactive and strong ownership
4. Eager to learn and strong learning agility
5. Familiar with MS office, PPT, Excel, Word etc.
6. Good command of English
