Main task:

•     Support industrialization of new anti-reflection coatings for PV application.

•     Support development of next generation anti-reflection coating.

Details:

•     Take charge of sample preparation (glass handling).

•     Take charge of optical tests, including measurement of TE, RL, gloss and color.

•     Data analysis

•     Literature study and information summary.

Requirement:

•     Self-motivated, energetic doer

•     Good communication and team work

•     3 days per week, 4-6 months

•     Material science background is preferred.
