Job description：

-- Contract management

-- Collecting purchasing contracts related to the area of warehouse on Asia level

-- Create and collect necessary data related to warehouse contracts

-- Proactively contact Continental locations and logistics service providers among Asia to get the correct and complete information related to warehouse contracts

-- Upload and maintenance of a contract management database

-- Create a logistics supplier panel for China covering all cities with a higher population of 1 Mio. Inhabitants

-- Collect and maintain general information of logistics service provider within a defined template to support the upload and maintenance of logistics service provider information in the Continental eSourcing platform

-- General support for all areas within the Asia Indirect Material Purchasing Department

 Requirement：

-- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, IT, Supply Chain Management or other related areas

--  Excellent English skills both spoken and written

-- Excellent MS-Office skills, especially MS Excel (e.g. pivots, VBA)

-- Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

-- Highly motivated, self-driven and result/target oriented

-- Extremely detailed oriented, structured way of working and logical thinking

-- Team player

-- Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management is a plus

-- German language skills are a plus

-- Start June/July 2016

-- Duration at least 3-6 months
