职位内容

【Collector 催收助理】

1.Responsible for reconciliation of AR statement with clients 
2.Implement the credit & collection policy and procedure, achieve the performance target of collection rate
3.Maintain the good relationship with our clients
4.do some special AR statement or service required by clients
5.report the collection risk of AR accounts in a timely manner

【AP应付助理】

• Monthly intercompany reconciliation 
• FX payment document preparation 
• Regularly check advance payment & deposit aging report, and clearing timely.
• Work closely with other team on any operational issues

【AR 应收助理】

1.上传每日收款到认款系统并同步到SAP
2.预收账款清账 
3.月底制作应收账款相关的对账表
4.与应收账款相关的其他事宜

【Credit 信用助理】

- Be responsible for new customer master date setup
- Perform AR closing activities in order to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support in the external and internal audits in order to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner. 
- Take on ad-hoc projects/works as assigned by Credit Manager.

【Associate pricing analyst】

•Partner with Pricing team to create corresponding Siebel quote and web coupon for sales specific price request from BID Cons team.
•Validate the coupon set up on the web and ensure they are set up correctly.
•Communicate with sales team/CS team for quote-related issue.
•Any web defect issues tracking and problem resolving.
