Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for recruitment - internship and social positions, and follow up the recruiting process like post job openings, cv screening , phone interview, arrange interviews.
2.Work closely with Hiring departments, and be responsible for documents filing and other regular department admin work.
3.Analyze related data and communicate with employees on the HR related affairs.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students.
2. Relevant experience in MNC is preferred.
3. Good English both in oral and writing.
4. Intern can work above 3 days/week and probationer(见习生) should be full-time for 3-6 months.
5. Passionate, reliable, result oriented, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure.
