DESCRIPTION:
This position will perform the assistant function to Construction management work implementation with many different parties including ED&E, CA, Finance, Supplier, and Contractors. The main work scope including construction management communication and coordination, meeting minute record keeping, documents preparation and management, etc.
Responsibilities Include:
The position will support the construction management during project construction period. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to
Assist to review and check the accuracy of vendor or supplier information.
Responsible for the collection, classification and submission of vendor invoice.
Maintain the invoice log.
Track approved payment status.
Generate weekly aging report and send to stakeholders.
Provide support on report and presentation.
Setup meetings with internal and external parties.
Maintain lists of tasks and tracking progress made by task owners
Tasks arranged by department required
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and/or college diploma
Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Organization skills including time management.
Written and verbal communication skills
Can do attitude.
Reliability/consistency in performance, and flexibility in an environment where priorities could change frequently.
Must speak/read/write English and Mandarin
