主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 在项目上，助理演出置景设计师将按照首席和高级演出置景设计师的指导，为实现项目设计意图提供设计图纸和专家协调支持工作。The Associate Show Set Designer supports the design drawing and expert coordination of the project design intent as directed by Principal and Senior Show Set Design leads for the project
• 支持项目团队在制作设计理念上的开发、协调和沟通工作。 Supports development, coordination and communication of  Production Design Concepts to the Project Team.
• 在模型和图纸的协调上支持制作设计师和模型艺术师的工作。 Assist production designers and model shop artists in coordinating models with drawings.
• 调研适用的材料和施工工艺。 Research applicable materials and construction techniques
• 协助演出布景清单和部门文书的制作和维护。 Assist in maintenance and creation of Show Lists and department paperwork.
• 配合主管保证项目预算和工期。 Work with supervisor in order to adhere to budget and schedule
• 支持实物模型和演示工作，包括搭建和拆除。 Support mock-ups and presentations including set-ups and strikes
• 在符合公司规范和指导的前提下，和团队一起制作演出置景合同文件。 Works on a team to create Show Set contract documents, within company standards and guidelines 
 

合适的候选人应能在高级和首席设计师的指导下进行团队协作，成为高级和首席员工的助手。Ability to work within a team environment and at the direction of Senior and Principal Designers.  Works as assistant to Senior and Principal staff.

合适的候选人不会独自做出决策，需要百分百遵守督促和检查。 Is not independent in decision making.  100% Supervision oversight required.

资格要求Required Qualifications

• <工作经验>

• 拥有剧场设计、电影制作、主攻方向为景观设计的建筑学、产品设计、内装设计或主题建筑专业的学士、艺术学士、艺术硕士专业学位或相关工作经验。 BA, BFA, MFA in Theatre Design, Film Production, Architecture, with specialty in Scenic Design, Production Design, Interior Design, or Themed Architecture, or equivalent work experience

  • 能够在一系列软件包上进行2D和3D计算机辅助制图。 2D and 3D computer aided drafting on a variety of software packages.
  • 熟练掌握建筑信息模型/成产品开发的设计和实施策略。 Familiarity with BIM/IPD design and implementation strategies.
  • 必须能够读懂施工蓝图并理解合同文件，熟练掌握Excel和Word软件。 Must be able to read blueprints and interpret contract documents and have a strong knowledge of Excel and MS Word
  • 拥有手绘图纸、2D和3D计算机辅助制图和建模能力，能制作各种主题风格的合同文件。 Ability to create contract documents across a variety of theming styles, using hand drawings, 2D,3D drafting and modeling skills.
  • 能够遵守并实行所有公司规定的制图标准、政策和程序。 Able to follow and apply all company drafting standards, policies and procedures
  • 协助团队完成项目的范围、工期和策略开发工作。 Works with the team to assist in the development of the scope, schedule and strategies for the project

• <学历要求>

• 拥有电影、剧场或主题乐园行业的教育背景或职业经验。 Educational or professional experience in Film, Theatre or Theme Park industry
