1.Maintain health data and update to health data system.

a.Support with medical management for both expats and local staffs.

b.Assist in medical report verification, filing and updating.

2.Support with health promotion project.

a.Recruit and confirm participants.

b.Result and follow up.

1.Data analysis.

2.Support with health newsletter design.

3.Assist on health project.

a.Source related materials.

b.Collect data and record in database.

c.Help with admin job - book meeting room, order lunch, and coordinate relevant functions, etc.

4.Providing assistance to other work if needed.

Skills:

•Good at office software especially Excel, Outlook and Publisher

•Have ability of mathematical statistics

•Good communication skill

•Conscientious, active and motivated
