职位诱惑

职位描述

 

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for order to cash for customer, set up contact window with customer to improve customer service.

Order Management:
- Responsible for day to day LKC order key in
- Daily track order status and coordination to achieve the customer case-fill target.
- Handle customer daily inquiry and delivery issue
- Provide reports to sales team (including capping balance report, stock report etc.)
- Data analysis for case fill Loss reason
- Update DT customer order template
- System related operation (SAP)

Reporting:
- Daily open order download
- Weekly update the data for DT stock
- Monthly report: DT yellow stock, stock target day, GDT monthly scorecard, order exception tracking etc.

Service Level & Customer Relationship
- Regular service review and info change with sales team(DT&LKC)
- Key operation loss analysis and drive the counted dept. to take action.
- Customer relationship management (prompt and proactive response on customer requirement, regular review, etc.)


Job Requirements:
- Bachelor above, CD finance, logistics related areas preferred
- Knowledge and information management, Microsoft office;
- Passion for growth;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Team commitment, Organization awareness
- Guarantee 6 months, 4-5 days/ week attendance
