1, Daily admin support to GZ sales office.
2, Phone calls receiving and screening.
3, Facility and office supply preparation.
4, Provide support to internal and external visitors.
5, Admin coordination and logistic support to whole office.
6, Routing admin information update.
7, Ad-hoc jobs assigned by manager.
Requirements:
1, College student.
2, Good English both in writing and speaking (system & phone call)
3, Being responsible and accountable with good communication skill.
4, 4-5 days working time for a week, at least 3 months.
