Role:
- Assist Finance team on marketing spending tracking.

Accountabilities:
- Set up and perform the monthly A&M performance review process for the Marketing team to ensure Plan and KPI delivery;
- Perform monthly A&M and KPI review process, prepare review reports and tracking/variance analysis, and assist in monthly review meetings for Marketing team with the objectives to review performance, conduct gap analysis;
- Perform the A&M SAP hierarchy change if new products/innovation launch;
- Effectively maintain and ensure integrity of information in A&M Project System in SAP.

Hiring Period: >6 months
 
Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Bachelor’s degree (Third or Fourth Year student) or Master Degree is preferred;
- Good communication skills;
- Given the position sometimes need approve urgent requirement in SAP and Mkt system, 4-5 working days within one week is preferred
