JOB SUMMARY: Resolve client
technical issues to return the client to productivity as quickly as possible;
adhere to signed service level agreements with Business Units.
MAIN JOB
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide IT help by phone, emails and Desk-side
support
Isolate and determine root cause of technical problem based on client
input and remote management technology
PC deployment, configuration and
distribution
Assist with the testing of new or upgraded PC software and
hardware releases as requested
Asset Management tasks to maintain hardware
and software
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION REQUIRED
Junior or senior
students in University or College
Major in Computer Science, Management of
Information System is preferred
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
General
IT knowledge (Windows 7 /10, Office 2010/2016)
Interested in IT
technologies
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
English reading skill is a
must
Communication and interpersonal skills
Team work
skills
3-4days/week and can work for over 6
months
