Position Summary:
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic young professional to join our Laureate Education China Hub as an Education advisor. Laureate Education is a young, dynamic and Entrepreneurial company which is looking for candidates who have independent and responsible personalities with an international mindset

Responsibilities:
As an Education Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Use Tele-communications as the main approach to provide professional counseling process for potential customers according to different background;
  

• Take care of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails; direct contact generated leads on a daily basis;
  

• Help customers establish reasonable and feasible learning plans through professional knowledge;
  

• Participate in some local marketing executions, such as fairs, info sessions, and webinars; be able to to deliver presentations with the purpose of increasing brand awareness;
  

• Customer relationship management, provide qualified services to customers;
  

• work closely with marketing and program teams and make sure our programs suits to the our customers

Position Requirements:

• passion for working in an exciting fast paced challenging environment

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Written and spoken English;
  

• minimum of 2 year's demonstrated successful business and experience, education industry experience is a strong plus;
  

• Result Driven,independent, open-minded and flexible, always like to take new challenges;
  

• Self-Motivated and able to solve business challenges with flexibility and creativity;
  

• aboard study or work experience will be a good plus;
  

• A bachelor degree is required
