岗位职责：



·         电话联系客户，向客户介绍游学项目，必要时进行简单的前期销售工作

·         辅助销售完成售后流程，和学员沟通住宿、接机、付款等具体事宜

·         负责客户信息管理、入账、退款等其他数据处理

·         协助举办讲座、分享会、宣讲会等各项活动

要求：

·         每周至少有2-3天实习时间，至少实习3个月及以上

·         英语口语和书面表达流利（操作系统全英文，收发英文邮件，偶尔有越洋电话）

·         思维灵活，平易近人，待人热情，乐于接受挑战和解决问题

·         有学生组织或社团管理经验优先

·         有海外学习或游历经验优先

·         能够熟练使用Microsoft Office 等办公软件
