Responsibilities:
1. China Operation BMS 2 year rule status monthly reporting and follow up support.
2. Support to collect the information and reporting material according to BMS network monthly meeting agenda
3. Support the local issuers and BMS representatives on the BMS process chart drawing via Microsoft-Visio on BMS (VMS program - process mapping deployment)
4. Support to do sample check via “BMS document master checklist” on plant&MSS’s BMS document according to corporate document control requirement
5. Some BMS document publish/training organization via “needs collection” and “BMS Hit-log”
6. China local function VMS program kick off related job support
7. Support to collect the common issues and needs from local BMS representatives to categorize and share within the BMS network.
8. Support to do document audit with local BMS representative on each local organization’s BMS document according to China BMS structure and requirement.

Requirement:
- CET 6 with good spoken & written English
- Positive attitude on the job and willing to learn something
- Can work 3 to 4 days per week
- Careful, patient and self-motivated
