Key Responsibilities:

Receive, register, identify and stock-keep replaced parts from aftermarket for regress and quality-follow-up.

Visually inspect and test parts replaced by warranty, with available test equipment.

Reject or approve the claims raised by the dealers.

Sort and classify replaced parts for exchange process and warranty handling.

Produce transport documentation.

Manage the daily document and lists.

Validate the authenticity of Warranty and Goodwill Claims to ensure that only genuine claims are accepted and that as a consequence only genuine product issues are investigated.

Identify aspects of product quality, particularly safety and environmental related, requiring priority action by Volvo.

Handling of displaced parts for regress / quality in-line request requirements.

Pack and transport the regress and quality material according to the requirements.

Sort and collect the regress and quality material.

Logistics and transportation handle.

Classify and clear up the parts inside the warehouse.

Classify and recycle waste in line with Volvo environmental policy.

Scraping of processed goods and material in line with Volvo environmental policy.

Qualifications:

Experience in using and handling the test equipment.

Good written English Skills.

Independent - Ability to organise and prioritise own work tasks.

Responsible - Acknowledges ownership of the field in question

Enterprising - Must have the ability and energy to finalize "loose ends"

Eager to learn, can work under general training
