Position：Intern of Marketing and E-commerce

Department: Marketing & E-commerce

Location: JingAn Kerry Center, Shanghai

- Work side by side with the most talented people in the industry

- Expose yourself to a holistic picture of marketing and e-commerce: integrated marketing, digital marketing, consumer marketing, e-commerce, media buy

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Marketing Calendar and master files updating

- Document filing

- Payment and contract procedure follow through (prepare, legal procedure, archiving and filing)

- Expense report and bookkeeping

- Team shared folder compilation

- Regular vendor contact and coordination for materials delivery

- Internal communication and arrangement (meeting room, conference call set-up, etc)

- Meeting minutes taking and weekly meeting preparation

- Translation

Retail Marketing Task

- GWP managing (stock counting, inventory file updating, communication between stores, etc)

- Competitor store campaign research

CRM Task

- CRM system management

- Renewal and loyalty program operations

- Customer info and vouchers management

- Regular monthly CRM report charting
