Job Objective工作目标:
Support on recruitment management including China internship program. Develop the employee communications channel and messages, promote the employee’ satisfaction and engagement.
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1. Handle the recruitment administrative, including phone interview, set up meeting room for interview etc.
2. Manage the recruitment data, and complete the daily database for report.
3. Support to promote engaging two-way communications between employees and company, including weekly HR board news, monthly newsletter, publications, etc.
4. Complete other projects/tasks assigned by manager.
Location: Minhang, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)
Job Requirements工作要求:
1. At least last for 3 months, 3days per week.
2. Education: Bachelor Degree or above. Majored is flexible. Major in mgmt., HR, Journalism, Chinese, Advertising, English is preferred.
3. Language: Proficient in oral and written English, CET-4 or above.
