Job Summary:

Financial Performance Analysis

·         Perform Financial Market watch analysis including China financial market liquidity, money market pricing, FX volatilities and government Bond market pricing.

·         Perform credit assets and liabilities balance and margin movement root cause analysis.

·         Assist monthly & quarterly BUSU and clients financial performance analysis.

Financial control:

·         Assist monthly financial control analysis including but not limited to sensitive account monitoring, account receivable and payable age control, etc.

·         Support internal/external audit inquires and vouching/sample check request.

AP:

·         Hard copies collection from requestors for vendor payments and Staff claims, confirm with GSC team on weekly basis;

·         Filing for hard copies for vendor payment and staff expense, matching with payments record with registration book, and check original invoice (Fapiao);

·         Filling issues resolve with requestors and GSC team;

·         Support internal audit and compliance inquires and adhoc audit, and hard copies searching and refiling;

Tax&REG report:

·         Data preparation for tax automation modeling;

·         Reconciliation on input VAT, AP Mov and Voucher information.

·         Collect data for daily reg repots production and deliver materials to PBoC if necessary

Candidate profile:

·         Major in Accounting/Audit/Finance, previous Finance internship experience is a plus

·         Sound English knowledge in both writing and speaking

·         Good command of computer, Excel/PowerPoint and other MS office tools, skills with PowerBi/Python are preferred

·         Good communication and relationship maintenance skill with stakeholders;

·         Meticulous, autonomous, good interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure

Requirements:

·         at least 4 days per week

·         6 months internship period with no early termination for the first 3 months

·         Based in Beijing

·         Prudence and awareness on sensitive/confidential data&information protection
