- Responsible for Intern candidates sourcing, initial screening and interview arrangement; and Interns daily management.
- Support onboarding and separation process efficiently.
- Maintain the employee database and employee folder accurately and timely.
- Support L&D offline training courses.
- Other ad hoc work assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or above; major in HR or Business management is preferred.
- At least 2-3 days per week, can last 3 months.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality; be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Good English writing and speaking skills will be preferred.
- HR internship experience is preferred.
